January 2014 started the year off with a bang. Not only was it going to be my first full year as a homeowner and a full-time student, but my best friend Katie and I decided to start the year with a 30-day full-immersion yoga teacher training in the beautiful Nicoyan Peninsula region of Costa Rica.
